We had the opportunity to become a guest in this hotel last week. We are travelling from Dingle towards the north east. The location of this hotel was almost in the middle. The communication from the hotel administration was professional, the check in was smooth as silk. I faced one difficult while booking online since there was no option to input my 10 years old son as a guest. The front desk took immidiate action to allocate a larger room with extra bed for us, big thanks. The only options while booking were Adults, and kids under 3. The hotel authority can work on this. The surrounding environment was peaceful, the room was in spotless condition. We enjoyed smooth check out on the next day. Our son gave a 5 star rating for the hotel. Wishing their best of luck, hope to visit the hotel again in future.

Regarding the online booking, the option to include your 10-year-old son was unavailable because all our family rooms were showing as fully booked for your chosen date. Fortunately, our reception team was able to rearrange a few room allocations and accommodate your family in a larger room with an extra bed.
